To help provide further support during the COVID19 pandemic, the surgery team will be working on Bank Holiday. Telephone and video consultations will be available during this time.
Please note that all GP appointments will now be over the telephone.
We ask that no patient attends the practice unless they have an appointment booked (advised by a doctor or nurse), or are handing in a sample to be tested. The doors are now closed and locked all contact with the surgery must be made by telephone in the first instance, and arangements will be made and verified for those that have been approved to attend. Please do not just turn up at the surgery. We are offering telephone appointments with the doctor, alternatively patients can complete an e.consultation - Following the link further down the homepage.
Nurse appointments will be assesed on a case by case basis as to what needs to be seen in the practice. The reception will be able to guide you through this. If in the meantime you develop symptom of Coronavirus or self isolating then please call and cancel the appointment.
Patients who do not have a nominated pharmacy will be automatically nominated to Rowlands Pharmacy in Billingham Health Centre, if you wish this to be different please let us know.
In addition to this we will post or email any correspondence to avoid any unnecessary visits to the practice.
If you have any other symptoms or on-going problems please book a telephone appointment.
If you are self isolating due to Coronavirus and need information regarding sick notes/sick pay go to advice for employees
