Disabled Facilities
Disabled parking spaces are available and the building has been designed to be user-friendly for disabled people. We would be happy to discuss any additional requirements disabled people may have.

Opening Hours
The surgery is open from 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Enhanced Access Services information: evening and weekend appointments are available to our patients using this service.
When we are closed
For urgent medical advice please call 111
For a life threatening medical emergency call 999.
If you are calling between 6pm and 6.30pm Monday to Friday and require medical advice please call 07392 866847. Please note you will be unable to book appointments on this number.
If you have a minor injury, please attend the Urgent Care Centre at either the University Hospital of Hartlepool or the University Hospital of North Tees. You will be treated by a GP (doctor) or urgent care practitioner who will be based in the urgent care centre.
If you are unsure if you need to see your normal GP (doctor) or attend an urgent care centre then NHS 111 will advise you.
You can also use NHS 111 online (111.nhs.uk) or call 111.
111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
